I had reconstructive surgery on my breasts last Friday and this marks one week of intense healing. Being the open and honest mommy that I am. I chose to show Jacob the process so he understands how painful it might be to give me giant hugs.
J: what's wrong with your boobies mommy?
M: they are healing and I put some medicine on them.
J: Why are they cut?
M: Because the doctor is making them better.
J: What color were you before? Green?
M: Yes.
J: Were you green like an Alien? Did you break into the house as an Alien?
M: *shakes head*.
J: mommy.
M: what baby?
J: can we watch Swan Princess again?
