So. We are halfway through the first semester of Kindergarten and mommy has finally upgraded the lunch (hobo-style) hankie for a recycled lunch TOTE. A pack rat by nature, I saved this cute little sack that came with the flat sheets I brought for our summer camping trip. I didn't quite know what to do with them before now. I can't bring myself to purchase a lunch box for 20 bucks when I know it will end up at someone elses house one day.
We already lost the wonderbread sandwich container. I hope Jacob makes it out of Kindergarten alive and free of ridicule. I'm sure this will haunt me in therapy sessions later. Probably cheaper to just get a real lunch box. So far, so good.
